We are actively seeking a **Billing Administrator **to join us at our Head Office

**This is a 9 Month FTC**

**Salary**: £22,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm with 30-minute lunch break

**About You**:

- Proven planning, organisational, time management skills and the ability to follow tasks through to a successful conclusion.
- Previous experience in a similar role with knowledge of sales ledger would be an advantage, but not essential.
- Possess a keen eye for detail and a conscientious attitude to all tasks.
- Sufficient self-confidence and strength of personality to be able to communicate professionally and successfully with team members, customers, and other departments within the business.
- Self-motivator with sufficient incentive to meet targets and set and provide a positive. contribution to the performance of the business.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential. Experience of SAP would be an advantage, but training will be provided.
- Be a team player and able to work with mínimal supervision.

**About the Role**:
Mobile Mini UK Ltd are looking for a focused, motivated, dynamic, and self-starting individual to join their billing team in Stockton. Customer service and strong communication skills are an absolute must in ensuring accurate cash input/allocation, contract maintenance and dealing with a variety of customer correspondence.
- All aspects of cash administration, including posting to customer accounts.
- Maintenance of hire contracts.
- Creation of invoices and credits including consolidated billing requirements.
- Customer account administration**.**:

- Uploading of invoices to customer portals.
- Monitoring and actioning customer queries through ticket system and phone.
- Mailroom duties, including using folder/franker machines.
- Sending copy documents to customers as requested.
