**Care Team Leader - Holt, Norfolk**

**£14.50 (nights) per hour + enhancements + NEW company sickness scheme**

**Part Time - 33.25 hours per week**

**A day in the life**:
You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and community health and social care professionals. With a natural ability and initiative to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with the home managers, supporting the day-to-day supervision of staff, including developing a culture that echoes Norse Care values:

Providing compassionate care is at the heart of everything we do, so it will be vital that you set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. **We will be looking for you to demonstrate these at the interview stage**

We also want you to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings.

**About Lloyd Court**:
Lloyd Court is a housing with care scheme in High Kelling, where we provide care and support to tenants who live in their own flat under a tenancy agreement with Broadland Housing.
