Care Team Leader - Days, Holt
£14.25 (days) + enhancements + paid sickness scheme
33.5 average hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

A day in the life:
You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and community health and social care professionals. With a natural ability and initiative to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with the home managers, supporting the day-to-day supervision of staff and overseeing the care provided.
Providing compassionate care is at the heart of everything we do, so it will be vital that you set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will champion our residents' independence using your expertise to provide creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices in line with their person-centred care plan.

We also want you to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings.
About Lloyd Court:
Lloyd Court is our 40-flat housing with care scheme, where we provide care and support to tenants who live with us in their own flat.

*Applications submitted from 10/09/24 onwards. £500 will be payable at 3 months, a further £500 will be payable at 6 months subject to obtaining a contracted position working at least an average of 12 hours per week . This is also subject to successful performance, sickness reviews and completion of successful probation period. You will not be eligible for this bonus if you are currently an employee of the Norse Group.
