Office Administration Support Apprentice

Our Client, Triton Showers are looking for a motivated individual to join their team.
You will learn to:
- Provide administration support on HR related topics, documentation of and follow-up on requests, problem solving, meeting notes, ensuring an engaging workplace environment,
- Execute employee administration ensuring that it is managed accurately and timely,
- Provide administration support and collect and input data, provided by the PA and Facilities Coordinator,
- Support hiring initiatives including events, on-boarding and new hire orientation
- Support with the administration of the company’s fleet database
- Support with the administration of maintaining the company organisation charts
**About the Applicant**
The applicant will need to have achieved GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent) and ideally have a friendly positive attitude.
Knowledge of Microsoft, ie - Word, Excel, an advantage
**Daily Duties**
During this 18-month apprenticeship you will work closely with our HR department, whilst also providing administration support to the PA to the MD, and Facilities Coordinator who are progressive, hands-on and customer obsessed front line representatives to the organisation
