- **Hours**:_ Monday to Friday - 7.30am - 3:30pm
- **Salary**:_ £21,450 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing team in Nuneaton as Office Administrator - reporting to the Office Manager.
- **You will be**_
- Provide administrative support to all functions within the site, enabling the site to operate efficiently and compliantly.
- Responsible for effective undertaking of stock control transactions, production reporting and staff records in addition to general office duties.
- Maintaining hourly production figures of the Tray Wash
- Ensure daily/weekly/monthly checklists are completed, submitted and filed accurately
- General admin such as answering telephones, direct calls and taking messages
- Administer customer paperwork in relation to the delivery notes and collection notes.
- Issue staff correct PPE
- **Required**_
- Must be competent in Microsoft Excel and Word and capable of learning to use PowerPoint.
- Must be capable of working on own initiative and organising own workload in line with company processes.
- Must demonstrate initiative in problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Must maintain high levels of communication with Office Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,450.00 per year
