Sales and Weighbridge administrator.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Family run business for a sales and weighbridge administrator.

Based at our state Nuneaton site you will be responsible for answering incoming sales calls and working along side our weighbridge team.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience working in a busy sales environment, would be advantageous however, full training on processes will be given to the right person.
- Be a willing team player, with a positive/can-do attitude with a proactive and own initiative approach to work
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written - excellent telephone manner
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills including attention to detail
- Strong IT skills covering Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet all internal and external customer requirements/expectations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Eagar to learn new skills.
- Be able to work individually and within a team.
- Planning and organising
- Good communication with customers, hauliers and internal members of staff.
- Health and Safety conscious
- Midsoft and SAGE line 50 - full training will be given

**The Role**:
Working closely with the Operational, Technical and Commercial team to produce and prepare quotations for customers
Operating the weighbridge for incoming wastes and outgoing products
Managing a booking diary
Answering general telephone enquiries.
Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence,
Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
Filing and archiving both manually and electronically.
Providing accounting administration support to the department for sales
Managing incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers including subcontractors and internal departments
Supporting daily planning and scheduling of vehicles for collections and deliveries

General admin duties as required by the department

Pay: From £12.00 per hour
