**Financial Services Team Assistant / £20.50ph / 9am-5.30pm Mon - Fri / Hybrid working - 3 days in the office**

We are currently looking to recruit 2 temporary Team Assistants for one of the largest rest estate managers in the world, based in the West End of London. In this role you will be providing administrative support to the Equity team, as well as added support to the Asset Team and EA when required.

As an astute, determined professional, you will join the Real Estate Equity Team and showcase your success through collaboration, ownership and innovation.

**Role Overview**:

- Coordinating and organising internal and external meetings, including team meetings, one to ones, conference calls and annual review meetings.
- Responsible for travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, taxis); this includes: checking timetables, liaising with travel agent, creating itineraries using Word; checking visa requirements as needed.
- Assisting with the logistics pertaining to the organisation of client events to support EA.
- Managing expense submission and reconciliation; this includes submitting expenses for company credit card statements, gathering all receipts and liaising with third parties to obtain copies of any missing invoices where applicable. In addition, the post holder will be required to convert currencies as needed prior to expense submission, checking invoices from suppliers and liaising with the UK based Accounts department.
- Liaising with the IT department to manage and resolve IT/mobile device issues.
- Recording holidays and absence in the HR system
- Scanning, printing and binding of documents and any documentation in preparation for Investor/client meetings.
- Assisting with the end-to-end client invoice processing across all funds
- Co - ordinating Fund Distribution lists and monitoring correct usage
- Assisting with updating of Asset Management data to include administration of databases
- Co - ordinating execution of fund legal documentation according to correct power of attorney rules
- Provide cover/assistance to Equity EA as required

Business support experience within financial services is key, combined with excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and confidence dealing with a range of different stakeholders. You will also be highly proficient in MS Office and have the ability to create and enhance presentations/spreadsheets. Salesforce experience is desired but not essential.

Hourly pay rate is dependent on experience.
