**Job title**: Enterprise Partner Operations Executive

**Start date**: ASAP

**Duration**: 6 months

**Pay Rate**: £13-£15 per hour

**Working Hours**: Mon - Fri 9.30-6.30pm

**Location**: London

**The Role**:
Working with some of our top Grocery Enterprises, you'll be the directly responsible for delivering our goal of perfect operational experience by partnering with individual stores and store managers. You will be the face of our business to these partners, upskilling them on the product, launching new features with them and helping them pinpoint and resolve challenges.

**What you'll need to be**:
**Creative problem solver**: able to come up with solutions to merchant pain points and execute them on the fly

**Operations ownership**: ruthlessly focused on improving operations and taking ownership for performance metrics in your accounts

**Stakeholder manager**: build great and impactful relationships with your key PoCs (store managers, Delivery Operations Managers and Grocery Operations teams. Influence them to improve the metrics that are critical to your success

**Preferred Experience**:
Some experience with grocery / convenience operators preferred
Sales & Account Management / external stakeholder experience crucial
