**The Primary Outcomes of this role are**:
- Responsible for administration of all stages of the employee life cycle.
- Manage training and development for the business.
**Experience required to meet the standards of Level 3 CIPD or above.**
You will work closely with and be supported by your line manager.
The role offers a competitive salary and employee benefits package.
