**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
1. Customer relationship management:
a. Providing help and advice to customers and suppliers,
b. Communicating adequately with customers, suppliers or distributors,
c. Sending quotes and invoices to customers, suppliers or distributors,
d. Following customers’ requests for information or support documents
e. Documenting customers contacts, keeping accurate records
f. Handling customer complaints and feedback (collecting, contributing to the analysis)
g. Preparing commercial documents including delivery notes, quotes, EUR1 forms, certificate of analysis, certificate of origin and stowage information.
h. Liaising with the Chamber of commerce regarding documents for export
2. Quality control: maintain high levels of quality service. Document actions diligently to ensure that the traceability of medical devices is properly documented.
a. Performing goods inwards inspection and wip inspection where skills allow
3. Standard administrative work:
a. Provide administrative support, answer the phone, paper filing,
b. Prepare orders and ship equipment via courier
c. Managing and booking couriers, deliveries and shipments.
d. Unpacking and packing customer and supplier deliveries.
e. Organising, matching and filing the correct paperwork for received and despatched items.
f. Update both paper and electronic records eg. warranty database
4. Production support:
a. Able to manage finished goods stock items and maintain their status records. Update spreadsheet for equipment sold. Notify site manager of stock levels.
b. Support manufacturing processes, when trained
5. Continuous improvement: Improving current customer service procedures, policies and standards, learning about Finetech and Bioinduction products or services and keeping up to date with changes
6. Team-working:
a. Self-motivated and able to help others to ensure tasks are completed effectively. Able to work on your own as well as with team members.
b. Be able to work in a team; having the confidence to raise problems and contribute to improved practice.
c. Communicate and engage with colleagues to share knowledge regarding company systems and processes.
7. Health and safety: to take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and others who may be affected by what they do or do not do.
8. Self-development: maintains professional knowledge by attending educational training courses, reviewing personal performance against benchmarked best practices, and developing personal knowledge, skills and understanding by one’s actions.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
