We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance, Operations or Administrator to join our team

**About us**:
Braddock began trading in 2016 and over the last few years, we have developed into a global search firm with an enviable client base and reputation. Having grown the team from the 2 initial Managing Directors to a team of 38+, we still have plenty of growth planned and thus looking for an Operations and Administration Lead to join the team.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Finance - receipt management and logging, producing invoices on Xero, updating sales boards, updating finance-related spreadsheets
- Credit Control - managing client relationships in relation to sent invoices and chasing when overdue using Xero
- CRM system management
- Producing KPI reports for the Company
- Social Media Management - LinkedIn and Instagram
- Operations management - managing contracts with water, electricity, phone system, answering service, waste disposal, cleaning contractors
- Daily use of Microsoft Office suite (namely Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Organising socials, incentives and treat days for the office
- Office Organisation
- Answering inbound calls and transferring to colleagues in the business and/or taking messages when unavailable
- Setting up PCs for new starters in the Company
- Arranging & organizing charity events, birthdays and anniversary celebrations

**This all sounds great, what do I need?**
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in Administration and/or Operations
- Previous exposure to basic accounting, invoicing or similar
- Competent on Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage and prioritise a large and varied workload
- Previous experience using a CRM preferable but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
