We are an established dental practice in Brighton looking to expand our team. We have a patient-centric approach and believe in providing the best care possible for your patients.

We are looking for a Marketing and Administrative Assistant. Duties will include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in marketing campaigns and managing the practice’s general administrative activities.

Responsibilities:

- Patient CRM Management
- Data entry
- Assist the business development manager in running marketing campaigns & creating reports
- Effectively deal with patient queries in a timely manner
- Assist in marketing activities like maintaining the website and managing social media.
- Assist the practice manager in ensuring the practice operations are running smoothly.
- Perform reception duties from time to time (answering phones, taking payments, checking patients in and out)
- Ad-hoc administrative duties in the practice

Requirements:

- Experience in a similar role beneficial but not essential.
- Experience with Wordpress and Trello beneficial but not essential
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
