This is a key role in the business that will focus on the smooth running of service operations across all brands in the Group.

Our goal is to provide high-quality services to both our commercial and residential clients, ensuring their safety and a pest-free environment.

Combining administrative and financial responsibilities, you will support strategic relationships with our field technicians (franchisees) and key clients.

Specific jobs covered by the team:

- Allocating jobs to technicians quickly and efficiently.
- Following up on the status and progress of orders to ensure timely completion on the Group’s bespoke job management tool (Ops System) as well as proactively communicating with franchisees and customers about any potential delays or issues that may arise.
- Supporting in the production of quotes and proposals for key clients and follow up.
- Overseeing the timely delivery of contractual visits for national accounts.
- Ensuring that all jobs are invoiced accurately and in a timely manner.
- Establishing and maintaining strong rapport with our franchisees and following up their requests for support.
- Checking in on our franchisees to make sure all is OK.
- Monitoring the Ops System for non-compliance or suspicious activity by franchisees.
- Training new franchisees on our systems and processes.
- Supporting the Finance Manager during busy periods.
- Contributing to the improvement of the Ops System by developing processes and procedures for the business.
- Identifying new business opportunities in line with the company's strategies.

We are looking for someone who relishes a challenge and likes to be busy. You’ll have bags of support, but you will also learn as you go in a fast-paced environment. If you excel at striking a balance between managing reactive tasks and driving proactive initiatives, we’d love to hear from you. We are a small team and want to find someone that will work well in a team and understand the dynamic of working in a small team. No job or task is too big or small and you get a sense of achievement from completing a task (again no matter how small). Fundamentally, we’re looking for someone with a great attitude who is keen to learn and develop with our business.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
