**Responsibilities and Duties**

This fulfilling role involves the person-centred care of service users in their own home. This role will involve personal care, light domestic duties and companionship including outreach working.

There are full and part time positions available in addition to relief work from our location in south central Cornwall. Full time staff are expected to work alternate weekends as part of a rota system with your colleagues.

**Qualifications and Skills**

**Essential requirements**
- Full driving licence with a car
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability for flexible working
- Caring nature
- Team working
- The ability to work positively, with good humour
- Willingness to learn to improve service delivery
- Take responsibility for actions and plan effectively to deliver results

**Desirable**
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- First Aid certificate
- The ability to develop knowledge as required by the role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.92 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 40 per week
