We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our client as Community Care Workers. As a Community Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need including the elderly and vulnerable. Package:
- Salary of £31,240 per annum based on a 40 hour week, including bonus and pension payments
- If part time i.e. 16 hours, £12,100
- Overtime paid hourly on top of contracted hours.

**Duties**:
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes or assisted living facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administering medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals when trained to do so.
- Preparing meals and assist with feeding when necessary
- Light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Providing companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in client's condition or behaviour to the appropriate supervisor
- Following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of clients
**Skills**:
- Compassionate and caring nature
- Strong drive to help others
- Experience in patient care or caregiving preferred but full training and support given
- Familiarity with home care or senior care services
- Ability to prepare meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences
- Ideally Full UK driving license and own transport, however pool cars available
- First aid certification and in date DBS check is desirable
