**Responsibilities**:
Key Responsibilities
- Keep up to date with product information and troubleshooting
- Ensure the Customer Relationship Management ‘Café’ system is kept up to date and that all data is compliant with GDPR regulations
- Send replacement products and letters to customers and process refunds requests, ensuring timely receipt and delivery, logging all tracking information for reference
- Feedback to Quality and Marketing teams, any trends / insights monthly or when relevant

Additional Responsibilities
- Communicate with the international FHCS team on any issues with CRM and implement changes made to the CRM system
- Liaise with the Social Media agency about Customer complaints and provide responses as necessary
- Liaise with International Customer Service teams to keep up to date on best practices
- Support in sending the post out and with stationary orders
- Communicate with Customer Services team at the online store to help them support the end customer

Qualifications:

- Educated to a minimum GCSE level
