Sales Office Administrator

**Role & Business Overview**:
To support our **Heatmiser **business within IMI Hydronic Engineering, we are looking for a **Sales Office Assistant** to cover a period of Maternity, based at our site in Blackburn, Lancashire UK.
In this role you will join our Sales/Order Handling and will support our customers on a daily basis.
**Key responsibilities**
- Liaise pro-actively with our customers and internal teams regarding **customer orders**, pricing and quotes and **resolving customer** queries
- Listen to **customer feedback** and pass on accordingly, always striving to improve
**Critical competencies for success**
- Strong **customer focus** and understanding of their needs, always trying to find a resolution in a calm, friendly and polite manner
- Strong attention to detail with a can-do attitude
- Fluent verbal and written English skills with a range of customers and stakeholders (businesses or end costumers)
