**Role Description**

We are seeking to find a confident, professional, full-time Contracts Administrator to work on-site in our Bradford office. Our Contracts Administrator provides the link between our external sales team and our Workshop, taking a customer order from quotation stage through to the completed truck installation. The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for managing the clients engineered truck installation from start to finish, ensuring compliance with legislation and maintaining company standards.

Engineering is not a prerequisite, however in this role you will need to gain a thorough understanding of the company's large product range, this will enhance your product knowledge enabling you to successfully manage our contracts.

**Qualifications**:

- Maintain accurate and up to date contract records
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise tasks
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent understanding of stock control
- Conduct contract reviews and make recommendations for improvements
- Good numeracy skills including mathematical formulas such as margins and percentages
- Excellent IT skills with a focus on the use of ERP software and intermediate Excel is essential.
- Experience in contract management and legal compliance is preferred
- Experience in engineering will be a benefit but is not a prerequisite

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
