Unilever is a key global client for Mindshare and you will be integrated into a dynamic, forward thinking and fast paced environment. Unilever is arguably the world’s leading FMCG manufacturer and one of the foremost marketing organisations in the UK.
We are a team of approximately 50 people working soley Unilever in the UK; the new SAE we are seeking will sit in the Unilever eCommerce Display team of 5 people, working alongside the eCommerce Director and eCommerce Display Account Director, and will be based in Rose Court, London.
The Role:
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Analytically minded, with the ability to identify trends and patterns within data sets
- Proactive in improving their knowledge and capability
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Able to communicate effectively, and work as part of a team
- Experience using basic features of PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel (E.g., creating and formatting PowerPoint presentations, sorting and filtering data, creating graphs and tables, using pivot tables)
- Competently create media plans designed to achieve specified KPIs
- Complete daily performance checks in the DSP to ensure campaigns are meeting the set KPIs and within budget
- Identify and proactively act upon budget optimizations requirements in the DSP
- Complete client reporting and analyse campaign results extracting insight to supply recommendations for future activity
- Develop a good understanding of how digital campaigns are tracked and measured
- Understand the role audiences play in targeting and campaign optimization, and how to translate this to a programmatic strategy and set up when relevant
- Become confident in how to set up Programmatic campaigns in platform, including structure, buy methods, formats
- Understand how performance metrics interrelate and can influence each other, within the context of eCommerce
- Contribute to materials required for regular internal or client meetings
- Deliver client reporting and analyse campaign results under the guidance of the Account Manager, with a view to developing actionable insights
- Establish an understanding of how digital and eCommerce fit into the overall marking mix
- Ensure exceptional finance management by accurately completing the Mindshare finance process for your clients, including booking and reconciling activity within deadline and address finance queries
- Working with partners and attending regular platform training to further develop retail and programmatic skillset.
