Mind is one of the leading mental health charities in Wales. We have ambitious plans to help more people who are struggling with mental health problems, and we are currently building a team of people to drive forward this ambition.

We are looking for a Mental Health System Influencing Advisor (Wales) who will work with, support and advise Local Minds in Wales to increase their knowledge, understanding and influence of the mental health systems they operate within, with a view to bringing about change within the system, to the benefit of those who need the support of the services on offer.

This role comes at a critical time, with the mental health crisis continuing to grow across Wales, and existing services finding it challenging to support increasing demand.

This position is in line with current guidance, the post holders will be expected to be in the office a minimum of two days (or more, depending on the arrangements of your team) but this role will retain some flexibility working from home (hybrid working).
