Manx Care Advice and Liaison Service Lead

**About the role**
We are seeking a highly motivated Higher Executive Officer (HEO) to lead the Manx Care Advice & Liaison Service (MCALS). This is an exciting and rare opportunity for an exceptional leader to lead a customer facing service.
You’ll be responsible for signposting people to a wide range of Manx Care services, evaluating information and judging potentially serious complaints and acting as a resource and facilitator to educate and train other staff. We are looking for an exceptional leader with excellent communication skills. You must also have a can-do attitude and be able to provide support and direction to other team members.
