Receptionist/office Administrator

Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests. Managing company correspondence, including phone calls.
Using Sage would be advantageous.
Preparing Payroll
Booking various Material into Sage, checking and uploading Material Test Certificates.
Filing away general office paperwork.
Preparing / matching delivery notes to invoices.
Ordering various materials.
Working within an Engineering environment would be an advantage, but not essential.
Experience required using Microsoft Office.
Approx. 16 hours per week
Must have an eye for detail.
Must be able to work on your own and as part of a small office environment.
Training will be given.
