**Purpose of the role**

The role of Receptionist is a key position in Williams Lea. The primary function of the Receptionist is to deliver Services to our clients in accordance with the Service Level’s agreed at the outset of each contract. The role of the Office Services Assistant is a key position on the DAC Beachcroft Williams Lea account reporting to the Office Manager. The main task of the role includes.
- Collection and opening of post within SLA
- Reprographics
- Other Office Services tasks
- Special and Recorded Post processing

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome visitors with a high standard of customer service, signing in guests and issuing access cards with prior authorisation.
- Delivering a high quality standard of corporate service including arranging client meetings and events
- Managing onsite car parking for clients and visitors
- Providing IT equipment support working closely with other departments.
- Working extremely closely with the hospitality team to ensure a smooth running of daily requests, showing flexibility and willingness to support colleagues and take on additional duties if required.
- Liaising with the Office Services team for training materials and printing needs for seminars to ensure a prompt start for training events.
- Dealing with administration tasks
- Ensuring that the post deadlines are kept to.
- Reprographics, manual and via DocBuster
- General maintenance of general office equipment
- Assisting with moving and transportation of boxes around the office
- Provide data to Office Manager when required
- Report any issues to Office Manager
- Other Office Services related tasks as required

**Key Skills**
- Previous reception/customer service experience essential
- Strong administration skills and fully conversant with Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel
- Well presented, with excellent communication skills (written, listening and verbal)
- Strong customer focus
- Planning & organising - Managing and measuring work
- Accountability and responsibility
- Ability to operate at all levels within the organisation
- Confident and with a professional, business-like manner
- Ability to work under pressure, maintaining accuracy and delivering against timescales
