**Salary**: Subject to experience £17,076 - £21,840

**What does the job involve?**
- Accurately updating all relevant systems, Inputting invoices.
- Running and producing daily reports.
- Audit internal deal files
- Registration of Insurance Products - GAP, Tyre, Alloy, Smart Repair, Warranties
- Transfer of the V5 and vehicle documents.
- Payment requests to the Accounts Department.
- Raise lines for work and push to service dept - Pre-delivery Inspections, Multipoint checks, MOT, plus additional works as requested by the Sales Manager.
- Invoicing - ensuring that invoices match the order form and the finance details
- Inputting invoices
- Complete refund requests.

**What skills and experience do you need to join the team?**
- You will need to be a people person as the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders is a must.
- Excellent organisational skills is essential.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Experience in a similar role would be desirable.
