Content & Creative is Pentland Brands’ centre of excellence for development and production of best-in-class, creative content. We want to build a content factory that powers Pentland’s brands to be the most famous, the most relevant, the most desired and the easiest to purchase. We want to tell beautiful stories about our brilliant brands, stories that bridge between creative communications and creative selling. We need to be ‘chefs at the pass’ for the brands delivering consistency and coherence across all touchpoints. We will have digital baked into everything we do, we will always start with our consumers and then build ideas around their behaviour.
We’re ambitious - we don’t just want to be a content factory; we want to be the best content factory delivering brilliant work at speed and at scale.
We want people with a passion for great work, who are obsessed with craft and want to learn how to build brilliant brands - from the inside out.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Brand Lead to join our Content & Creative team leading the partnership between the department and one of our most iconic brands
- Speedo.
What you’ll do:
- Build a close and effective working partnerships with our Brands and Functions all in service to delivering the very best work possible.
- Develop a strategic understanding of the brand and its strategy
- Partner with the creative team to make compelling presentations, deliver ideas and strategies to an audience of diverse stakeholders
- Lead the strategic and creative development of big ideas, and execution) of outstanding creative storytelling across all points of contact with the customer
- Quality control of all the work that leaves C&C and brand guardianship across our brilliant brands, ensuring brand consistency and coherence in everything we produce
- Manage the interest of the brand team within the C&C team
- Work with Creative Producer to pro-actively collaborate with the creative team to ensure the development of concepts and productions meet the objectives
What you’ll bring:
- Extensive experience developing campaigns with emphasis on digital and social - from pre-brief, through strategic development and creative execution.
- Ability to align brand strategy and creative output
- proven experience delivering successful integrated campaigns at different budget scales
- Well versed in working in collaboration with external partners to deliver work along the consumer funnel.
- Expertise in making work that lives across all the channels in our consumers’ lives
- Knowledge of great process that liberates creativity - and make sure we deliver on brief, on time and with great work.
- Have social / digital expertise & experience to shape the work, to get to ideas that are built around consumer behaviour.
