Front Desk Receptionist

Job description
16-20 hours a week
Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Explaining to the clients the details of the treatments
Answer phone and forwarding incoming phone calls
Take payments from the clients
Speak to the clients
Close daily accounts
Routine office operations
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying,
**Requirements**:
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
Social media management
Keeping up with the Daily cleaning of the salon
Be Presentable and smart
Recommend treatments to boost sales
Job Duties:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors
- Scheduling bookings of staff members
- Managing correspondence
- Carrying out requests from management as needed
- Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
- Answering phone calls
- Keeping up to date with social media page
- Learn new techniques use social media
- Making sure all clients are satisfied
Financial duties
- Processing payments
- Billing
- Purchasing office supplies
Looking for someone who can work at least 2/3 days a week Wednesday/Thursday/Friday
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
