You will administer holistic care to patients in the rehabilitation inpatient setting, identifying and reporting any changes in patient care needs to the nursing staff. The post holder will work as a member of the integrated health and social care team to ensure high quality nursing service provision.

You will demonstrate flexibility, good communication skills, and ability to work as a team member as well as using your own initiative. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your clinical skills. Post holders must have an NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care / Care certificate and demonstrate a commitment to further learning and development.

Vaccination as a Condition of Deployment (VCOD) for Healthcare Workers

who are aged 18 and over and who will have direct, face to face contact

with service users as part of their role will be required to evidence

that they have received a complete course of an approved COVID-19 vaccine,

include front-line workers, as well as non-clinical workers not directly

involved in patient care but who nevertheless may have direct,

face to-face contact with patients, such as receptionists,

ward clerks, porters and cleaners.
