**THE OPERATIONS MANAGER OPPORTUNITY**:

- As an operations manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the commissions process for both external and internal customers.
- Including the implementation of changes to processes, systems, and user stories, as well as leading key projects
- In this role, you would work closely with business stakeholders to ensure that all commissions processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
- You would also be responsible for supporting the documentation of any changes or improvements made to the commissions process.

Overall, this role requires strong project management skills, the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders, and the ability to think critically and problem-solve.

**YOUR KEY SKILLS**:

- Previous experience from a role that focuses on management of performance related data.
- Experience of Excel, Salesforce, Power BI and familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- In addition, you should have good computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
- You will possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- You will have the ability to analyse and interpret data, identify opportunities, and use t strong leadership skills to lead a team effectively. Prior experience leading a team is preferred.
