Organisation Change Partner

The Organisation Change team sits within our People function, it works closely with our wider People Teams and wider business teams to support all aspects of the People Project and Organisational change agenda.
Its scope includes assessing, preparing, planning and implementing strategic people changes to support the strategy and agenda of the group.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supporting all People activity aligned to projects and Business Change. Change work to include: Integration work streams, organisational development, cost optimisation, growth strategy and support for business change priorities.
- Lead on any Branch or Site closures within the Group
- Supporting all Acquisition and TUPE requirements within the combined Connells Group
- Support with our Policy and Terms and Conditions harmonisation review
- Helping to optimise and automate the People Team and business processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the People Team function.
- Supporting the Organisation Change Manager with input into projects; management of delivery, ROI, scope and recognising and managing risks and issues,
- Review and evaluation of projects for process improvement
- Creating value for the business by bringing in new insights and delivering service excellence.
- Supporting the design and development of our future Target Operating Models.
- Cyclical activity dependent on business need; for example reward projects.
- Proactively engaging with and managing stakeholders, helping them prepare for change.
- Acting as a visible advocate and role model, creating an environment where our values are consistently demonstrated through your own and colleague’s behaviours.
**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**:
- Essential_
- Significant Employee Relations experience
- Managing a busy workload with competing priorities along with good HR knowledge
- Providing advice and guidance on the organisational design process
- Detail and accuracy orientation.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time as well as working collaboratively and cross functionally within the team and with other teams
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Using your ER knowledge to provide advice and guidance on the organisational design process
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and the ability to influence sometimes challenging stakeholders
- Resilience and tenacity, with the strength to push back if necessary
- Energy, enthusiasm and confidence
- You will be enthusiastic to develop and continuously seek to identify ways to improve processes to ensure the team is set up for success
