The YMCA Robin Hood Group is a not-for-profit organisation and we are always looking for ways to do more with the resources we have available. We also believe that everyone should have a fair chance to discover who they are and what they can become and as such we are looking for a Volunteer to work with our funding team to provide them with some administration support.

Whether you are looking for a way to gain valuable experience or if you are looking for an opportunity to give back, we would love to hear from you and understand how we could support one another.

We see this as a meaningful way for you to volunteer your time to a purpose that makes a real difference. Our funding team is the start of our journey, securing our ability to deliver the programmes and projects we run.

We are looking for someone who can provide administration support to our fundraising team who are based between our offices in Nottingham and Newark. You could be based at either or travel between both depending on your preferences.

**Your day to day tasks might include**:
Data entry

Updating spreadsheets

Managing our central inbox

Virtual filing and document management

You will also get involved with the events we host or attend and you would have the opportunity to be as involved as you wished.

You would be a valued member of our team and we would want you to feel that you are able to get involved in all aspects of what we do - we would also value your input and recommendations on how we might be able to do things differently or better.

If you had experience of administration and use of Microsoft Office, would be ideal to give you a great starting point in this position.
