The role offers opportunities for personal and professional development. This role is suited to someone from a technical, engineering or manufacturing background who has knowledge of the tooling industry in order to hit the ground running.

**As a** **Customer Service Administrator** **your role will include;**
- Professionally handling incoming web and telephone enquiries
- Handling general queries including advising customers of turnaround times, repair costs & technical information
- Producing and following up on sales quotes; price queries
- Processing orders from conception to delivery
- Building relationships with existing customers and maximising revenue
- Dealing with blue chip manufacturing, engineering & service organisations
- Handling customer complaints
- Maintaining the in-house database with relevant customer information
- Producing and following up appropriate after sales documentation
- Providing high quality customer focused service and support
- Data entry and record keeping
- Dealing with multiple accounts and job simultaneously

**The ideal **Customer Service Administrator** **will have;**
- Some technical product knowledge within machine tooling/engineering
- Exceptional organisation and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and good levels of accuracy
- High levels of computer literacy including Excel (ability to work with £1m product lines within a spreadsheet)
