**Your role.**
As a Warehouse Technical Administrator you will be providing technical product support to the Warehouse & Operations team. We want you to have a keen eye for process improvements and a passion for providing brilliant customer service. You will ensure efficiency and compliance process are followed.
Westbase.io will develop and support you on the job from day one, as we believe the most effective way to learn is to do the job. We will support you to advance your technical knowledge and provide extensive solution & industry training, and our existing team will always be available to help you settle in. Your day to day role will include the following activities:
Your duties will include:
- Ensuring all products are despatched to the correct spec and customer requirements.
- Working with Logistics and Sales departments to ensure the correct equipment and specification is selected for the customer.
- Acting as internal point of contact for technical product queries during hardware Kitting & Staging process.
- Contribute to internal functions such as Product Management, Technical Support and Sales.
- Identify gaps in process, provide recommendations and escalate where required.
- Identify issues & highlight issues with possible solutions to promote a continuous improvement ethos for our customers.
- Support the Operations Manager on key tasks.
- Coordinate work with other areas of the business to ensure a positive customer experience.
**What you need to have.**
To do this job well you need to have:
- Knowledgeable about our products and services offered.
- Technical knowledge of products would be advantageous
- We want you to have a keen eye for process improvements and a passion for providing brilliant customer service.
- A positive proactive to delivering excellent customer service.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- Excellent planning and organisational ability with an analytical approach to problems.
- Good at communicating with people at all levels.
**What’s in it for you**
- Salary Circa £24,000 - £26,000.
