DHL, an award winning leading supply chain business is seeking an **Warehouse Administrator** to play a vital role providing administrative support to the management team and delivering excellent customer service.
**WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?**
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will
**Role Purpose**:
- To carry out tasks within a team environment to achieve key site targets / KPI's / objectives
- Responsible for the completion of warehouse admin tasks as directed
- Carry out manual handling activities, operate manual handling quipment, ensure compliance to Health and Safety procedures and processes
- Process paperwork as required
- Operate IT systems as required must have a good knowledge of JDA systems
- To carry out any reasonable task
- To work in a safe manner
**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role - essential
- Experience of working within a supply chain environment - desirable
- Attention to detail and accuracy-essential
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office) - essential
- Must have a vast knowledge of JDA systems. Blue Yonda
- Self-motivated and can work under own initiative - essential
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) - essential
