We’re now looking for a Customer Resolution Officer to join our friendly team in Widnes to manage customer complaints and play a key part in the delivery of service excellence to our customers.

**What you’ll do**

In this crucial role, you’ll communicate with our customers regarding their complaint and ensure that their concerns are managed fairly and effectively.

You’ll enjoy investigating and resolving problems, which may involve liaising with different teams within Evolve.

You’ll have the ability to objection handle and negotiate a resolution that provides a satisfactory outcome for both the customer and our business.
