We are looking for a Service Support Administrator to join our team in Epsom. You will play a vital role in supporting service engineers, implementing processes and coordinating across functions.

This an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Service Support team in Epsom. You will work closely with a team of service engineers to support their scheduling and administration needs. You will build strong relationships with our customers, work collaboratively with internal teams, and ensure that all tasks are managed accurately and in a timely manner. This team plays a vital function in supporting service engineers, implementing processes, and coordinating across functions.

This role is based at our site in Epsom. We are a friendly and busy team, so come and work for us

**What you will accomplish together with us**
- Work closely with our customers, service engineers, and internal departments to ensure the customer needs are met.
- Maintain the service engineers’ diaries to meet the customer requirements
- Monitor the call out inbox and action appropriately
- Regular use of SAP and BlueFolder, inputting and updating information
- Working on a variety of different tasks | jobs, prioritising and updating clients throughout the process.
- Collaborating with the Service team
