Epsom, United Kingdom OSP Group Ltd Full time

Our Client is a well-known Electrical Engineering company, providing services across the UK. OSP are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our client’s company on a permanent basis.

With a positive attitude, a team player and someone who can take ownership of tasks, working in an office and with experience in the engineering industry, this position will have responsibility for the following:

- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Liaising with staff in other departments (e.g., Operations, Office Manager etc.)
- Receiving, processing and filing paperwork
- Accommodation Booking
- Preparing, organising, and storing information on paper and by digital form.
- Creating, sending and overseeing job sheets.
- Overseeing our clients Social Media

Administrative experience and substantial IT knowledge and understanding, is essential. You must be willing to learn and be proactive, with strong organisational skills. You will be expected to prioritise your own workload and work to deadlines in a busy but friendly office environment. You will need to have thorough attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
