**Duties**:

- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Manage Customer and Supplier needs
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and managing accounts receivable/payable
- Utilize computerized systems and software, such as Xero and Office 365, to complete tasks efficiently

You may be required to assist on other duties and tasks as the company develops and grows.
- Estimating new enquiries
- Manage social media channelsIdeal Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be eligible to work in the UK

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,465.00 per year
