Join Our Team as our new **Inclusion and Engagement Lead**
At Bromford we believe that true success is achieved when our colleagues, customers and communities feel a sense of belonging, where everyone can thrive and reach their full potential. To support us with our ambitious plans, we’re on the lookout for an amazing individual to take on this newly created role of **Inclusion and Engagement Lead**. So, if you're ready to drive change and make a positive impact, read on
As our **Inclusion and Engagement Lead**, you will play a crucial role in driving and embedding our commitment to inclusivity and wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing inclusion and wellbeing plans, promoting diversity, providing training and education, fostering an inclusive culture, and managing wellbeing initiatives. You will oversee and mobilise the Chief Champion special interest groups, extending the lens to how we can offer more inclusive services for our customers.
To succeed in this role not only will you be knowledgeable and passionate about diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing, but you will have gained experience through previous inclusion or wellbeing roles in large, multi-site organisations. You will have developed and implemented organisational-wide wellbeing programmes and be confident in data analysis and reporting to demonstrate return on investment. A natural communicator and collaborator, you will thrive in designing and delivering training inventions and working in partnership with internal and external groups to deliver results.
Educational background to degree level (or equivalent) in a related field such as Human Resources, Sociology or Equality and Inclusion is preferable, or the equivalent level of experience. It would be great if you’re a member of the CIPD, but equally important is the ability to demonstrate an equivalent level of professional competence.
You can be based at any of our workspaces in Lichfield, Wolverhampton, Tewkesbury or Chipping Sodbury. You'll enjoy a flexible week split between workspaces and home.
Frequent travel across Bromford will be a regular requirement of the role, so a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, or alternative means to travel flexibly, are essential.
**Why Join Bromford?**
At Bromford, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion to drive innovation and success. As the Inclusion and Wellbeing Lead, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our business and in the communities we serve. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
