About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering dynamic and engaging Geography lessons across various disciplines, instilling a love for Geography and promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver Geography lessons that cater to the needs of students at KS3/4/5 levels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and fosters a culture of scientific inquiry.
  • Design and implement Geography curriculum that aligns with the school's academic standards and promotes student growth and development.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.


Experience and Qualifications

  • Degree in Geography or a related field.
  • PGCE or QTS certification.
  • Teaching experience in a secondary school setting, preferably at KS3/4/5 levels.
