Job Title: Curriculum Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced and qualified individual to join our team as a Curriculum Development Lead at Norton College in Tewkesbury. This role will play a key part in shaping the educational experience of our students.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in curriculum development, with experience of leading teams and managing projects. They will be responsible for developing and implementing the college's curriculum strategy, working closely with teachers, senior leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure that our students receive a high-quality education.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the college's curriculum strategy, working closely with teachers, senior leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead teams and manage projects to deliver curriculum development initiatives.
  • Work closely with teachers to develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on curriculum development progress.

Salary: £59,298 per annum

Location: Norton College, Tewkesbury

Contract: Permanent, Term time only
