This is a strategic leadership opportunity that will enable you to shape the future of housing services while working with a team committed to excellence. You will be instrumental in shaping and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery across Bromford, driving quality assurance initiatives, and championing a culture of excellence throughout the organisation.
You will lead our quality framework development, its projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and spearhead continuous improvement programmes that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Working closely with senior leaders, you will:
- Develop and implement a quality strategy that aligns with our organisational goals
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities for enhancement and improve our services
- Build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels to promote collaboration and effectiveness
- Lead programmes that directly impact our customers' lives and contribute to their well-being
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in leading quality and improvement initiatives at a senior level
- A deep understanding of the housing sector and its regulatory framework
- A strong track record in implementing successful change programmes
- Experience in developing quality management systems and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Educated to degree level, or equivalent, with relevant project management qualifications or equivalent experience
- A CIH qualification would be desirable or a willingness to complete one
- A full UK driving license, which may be required for work-related travel
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
