Our Events division is a unique collection of brands including, Events International - the market leader in providing premium VIP hospitality packages, Gulliver's Sports Travel - the leading sports travel provider in the UK and Howzat Travel - the UK’s largest cricket tour specialist. We create trips to major worldwide sporting events along with premium VIP corporate and event hospitality. Events include all major rugby, cricket, Formula 1, horse racing and tennis events, along with a variety of others sports and concerts. This operational role will focus on Events International’s hospitality offerings.

Events International are an official hospitality provider for some of the United Kingdom's biggest sporting events and concerts. Focusing on 5 star service with options for luxury accommodation and VIP tickets we offer the best seats and hospitality packages. Working with a great team, an exciting range of partners and events this is a truly exciting opportunity.

**What you'll be doing**:
The Events & Operations Lead, will be working with in a team to bring together event experiences from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a lively environment, naturally creates a sense of rapport and is a genuine people person.

To be successful you'll be, a quick learner, not phased by challenges and be a stickler for detail.

You will also be a key staff member in the communication of event information between clients and staff therefore you must be a good listener, be organised and having the ability to give clear and concise instructions.

**What we are looking for**:
The Events & Operations Lead is an experienced events professional with a passion for teamwork and exceeding expectations. They have a consistent track record handling external suppliers and coordinating events to achieve excellence.
- Highly motivated event professional with outstanding communication, organisational, and time management skills.
- Meticulous multi-tasker with a shown ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong relationship builder, adept at collaborating with diverse teams at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Positive, upbeat, and results-oriented with a "can-do" demeanour.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Passion for sports, particularly rugby, F1, football, horse racing, tennis, and golf (desired).
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, meeting concurrent deadlines with a smile.
- Creative flair a plus.
