We have an exciting opportunity available within the Community & Therapies Division, for a Senior Administrator. The post holder will assist in the operational management of the Administration and Clerical (A&C) team on a daily basis, working with the Business Team, Therapies Managers and Clinical teams.

The role will require support across a number of our Community & Therapy Admin teams based at New Beacon/Global House, the Ironstone Centre and Scunthorpe General Hospital therefore flexibility is required to travel between sites to support teams where needed.

The role of a Senior Administrator involves working with the admin team on a daily basis implementing administrative processes to ensure accurate data quality on the Departments Information Systems.

The post holder will support the admin team in data validation, chronology, work streams and processes in order to deliver the agreed national and departmental targets and have an understanding of a range of work procedures required within the Therapy Departments.

The post holder will be expected to work across sites within the Trust and across the Community & Therapies Division, where necessary.
