We currently have a part
- time vacancy within our Surgery, Critical Care and Clinical Sciences Department.

We are seeking a person to undertake a range of clerical duties in line with the job description. previous experience in an administrative office environment, with good computer and keyboard skills are essential.

The post holder must have excellent organisational and communication skills, be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, whilst prioritising work efficiently in a busy department paying attention to detail and accuracy. Training is available with all systems.

The post holder will provide a wide range of administrative support for the Surgery, Critical Care and Clinical Sciences Senior Management Team.

**Duties will also include**:
Daily management of diaries

Arrange regular and ad hoc meetings and manage an effective bring forward system.

Attend meetings to take minutes/notes as required and preparation and distribution of supporting papers and follow up on any actions from the meeting as required.

To work as part of the Divisional Secretarial Team including providing cover for annual leave and short term absences of colleagues within the Division.
