**THE ROLE**

We need an administrative superstar who is keen to work in a fast-paced, creative, start-up environment. With a growing team and big plans for 2023 we want someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and collaborate. We imagine this person to be the glue that holds Woo together operationally, from supporting the CEO & MD, ordering pizza for socials and meetings, or working with the leadership team on various research & administrative tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and key members of the management team including prepping meetings, running errands, sending packages, etc
- Support HODs with everything from research to admin (pending capacity)
- Be exceptional at creating decks with precision and attention to detail
- Work with finance to register suppliers, generate POs and managing the processing of invoices
- Work with HR to manage new starters, vacant roles and job descriptions
- Proactively manage professional calendars, prepping for meetings in advance and long-term calendar planning
- Manage meeting logistics including booking and prepping rooms, creating and preparing necessary materials, organising catering, providing conference call details, taking notes, and welcoming external guests
- Ensure priorities are managed; daily and long-term requests are addressed
- Manage and submit monthly expense reports
- Day-to-day administrative tasks including placing lunch orders, arranging deliveries, updating contacts, etc

**MINIMUM CRITERIA**
- Prior experience providing administrative support to Senior Management in a fast paced environment ideally within an agency or start-up/scale-up environment
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Keynote, Google Calendar
- Ability to handle multiple priorities at once, manage time effectively, and maintain composure in a fast paced environment
