**Job description**

We campaign tirelessly for everyday equality for disabled people.We are delighted to offer a six month fixed term contract to a Brand Project Coordinator to join our dynamic in-house brand team and deliver an exciting brand refresh.

An incredible opportunity has emerged to play a pivotal role in transforming Scope and making us fit for purpose as we enter a new organisational lifecycle. As Brand Project Coordinator, you will support the Senior Brand Project Manager in all aspects of project management of the refresh; ensuring optimal internal engagement, adherence to timelines, budget discipline and precise project execution. The internal engagement of this project is crucial to its external success and will enable Scope to take one big step further towards its goal of achieving equality for all disabled people.

You will:

- Support the Senior Brand Project Manager across the full range of project management tasks.- Be responsible for coordinating the project schedule and organising meetings.- Oversee all project administration, keeping all documentation according to established Prince 2 principles.- Be liaising with the Digital Project Manager to ensure the online brand portal and platform development is aligned with other project strands and communicate updates.- Collaborate with the Creative Services Manager providing regular updates on delivery status and resource requirements.For more information about the role’s responsibilities, and the skills and experience required please use the link to job description above.

**About you**
- You will have experience in project management or project administration and knowledge of APMP and/or Prince 2 principles. You’ll enjoy liaising with cross organisational teams and senior stakeholders, building relationships and gaining trust.- As part of a busy creative studio, you’ll thrive within a team and have a basic understanding of content production. Highly adept at presenting complex information with clarity and simplicity, you’ll provide status and project updates to relevant staff.- Detail orientated with a meticulous approach to document management, you’ll be organised, efficient and confident with scheduling.- You will have lived experience of disability, understand the social model of disability and relentlessly champion accessibility and inclusion.
