**About the Role**:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a floating Concierge,. This role will involve providing top-notch service and support to residents across a variety of prestigious apartment buildings in London. The Concierge will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, ensuring the safety and security of the premises, and assisting residents with their day-to-day needs.

This Concierge role would either suite someone looking for full time temporary work, or someone looking for extra shifts on off days from their current role.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The floating Concierge will;
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring a professional and warm welcome.
- Manage access to the building, including monitoring security systems, managing keys, and maintaining a log of visitors.
- Provide information and assistance to residents, including handling mail and packages, booking amenities, and addressing general inquiries.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to report and follow up on repair issues.
- Ensure common areas are tidy and well-maintained.
- Handle emergency situations with calmness and professionalism, following established protocols.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, including record-keeping and reporting.

**Shift Pattern**:
This Concierge position involves working on a rotational basis, covering both day and night shifts. The exact shift pattern will be discussed during the interview process.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a hospitality or residential setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with a wide range of people.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing residents' needs.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer literacy for administrative tasks and communication.
- A commitment to delivering high standards of service and maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Exceptional personal presentation
- Previous experience in a Concierge or front-of-house role in a residential setting.
- Familiarity with security systems and procedures.
- First Aid certification or willingness to undergo training.
- Knowledge of the local area to provide recommendations and directions to residents.
