Job Title Client Services Executive
An exciting Client Services job opportunity at a specialised agency that creates high-quality packaging prototypes for global brand owners and creative agencies. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and maximising client value. You will manage a portfolio of clients, acting as primary contact for all inquiries, needs and concerns as well as collaborating with our Client Services team.

Litmus is a dynamic and innovative agency specialising in creating colour accurate cutting-edge packaging prototypes and visual renders for the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Being part of the Client Services team at Litmus, you will have the opportunity to work with renowned FMCG brands and contribute to the development of impactful packaging solutions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain the Litmus Day Sheet, Summary Sheet and Sales board
- Provide quotes for incoming client inquiries through Lime (MIS)
- Take client briefs and effectively communicate them internally
- Schedule projects and create job bags through Lime
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions based on customer needs
- Communicate all commercial aspects to the Sales Director
- Update internal and external stakeholders on project progress
- Maintain regular communication with clients through Pipedrive activities and adhere to established CRM automations
- Generate new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas
- Work with our sales team to identify and pursue growth opportunities
- Forecast and track key account metrics, such as client spend
- Prepare account status and monthly metrics reports
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in client services and/or account management
- Good understanding of print industry processes, techniques and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client rapport and establish solid long-term relationships
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities - able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- The ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs and priorities
- A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude
