**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Commercial Executive at One SC Media. As a Commercial Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and potential clients. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining client relationships, increasing sales and revenue, and contributing to our overall business strategy. This role is located in Kingston upon Hull, England Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some remote work.

**Main Tasks of the Job**:

- Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Secure new clients through outreach and relationship building.
- Increase sales and revenue by utilising cross-selling techniques.
- Keep detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate in the preparation of presentations, proposals, pricing models, and sales contracts.
- Assist in identifying and cultivating sales leads and exploring business development prospects.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment between commercial objectives and overall business strategy.
- Assist in organising and participate in client meetings and industry events, such as trade shows and networking events.
- Assist in managing and updating client databases and managing some aspects of the business day-to-day operations.
- Support the administration and enhancement of the CRM.
- Actively engage in learning opportunities, training sessions, and mentorship programs to gain a deep understanding of the Digital Marketing sector and the company's offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a commercial, sales, or business development role advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the Digital Marketing sector is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proactive and results-driven with a keen eye for opportunities.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and analyse data.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel and participate in industry events as required.

Pay: From £22,000.00 per year
