Client Services Assistant

**Job Purpose**:
To be a key team member of the UK Client Services team across the Transport sector supporting and reporting into the Key Account Executive.
You will manage day to day duties of key customers whilst maximising the commercial relationships within our existing customer base.
You will work alongside the Internal and External Sales Teams to deliver a high level of service to our extensive client base, whilst maintaining the order input, process and manufacture whilst adhering to SLA and KPI Targets.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Act as a main point and own relationships of key customers, to support and to deliver revenue targets.
- Identify business opportunities and work closely with Key Account Manger
- Work with your existing account database to proactively expand Paragon ID product portfolio
- Contract & commercial reviews with existing clients
- Implementing price changes for clients whilst issuing new price lists
- Ensure client requirements are met, whilst increasing customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with internal support teams to ensure customer sales are processed in an accurate matter
- Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team, providing guidance and assistance to fellow team members
- Manage the full order journey from order to manufacture, dealing with any queries that may arise.
**Key Deliverables**:
- Build strong relationships with clients and be the main internal point of contact.
- Support the Internal and External Sales Teams, colleagues, and other Group members with client requests.
- Process enquires, sales and purchase orders for manufactured, sub-contracted products & distributor contacts
- Work closely with the planning and production teams to ensure your clients lead-times are met - Update and maintain the Company’s CRM system to log and monitor all aspects of the ordering process.
- Monitoring and maintaining client SLAs and KPI Targets.
- Client stock management - prepare monthly stock reports detailing low in stock figures, identify slow moving items and propose replenishment levels
- Resolve ‘day to day’ activities and escalate in accordance with Company guidelines
- Collate client’s artwork requests for both internal products and advertisements were required.
- Liaise with the supply chain to obtain optimum balance of price and quality.
- To cover for team colleagues in for periods of absence and/or holiday cover
- Liaise with the finance department for various requests including credit card payments, cash collection and invoicing.
- Non-conformance prevention and reporting. Logging of customer complaints and follow up in a timely manner
**Experience, skills and abilities**:
- Is Independent as an Account Manager and can work without close supervision
- Experience of working in a print and or manufacturing industry a distinct advantage
- Excellent organisational, planning and administration skills with an eye for detail.
- Comfortable working within a high pressure, time critical environment
- Energetic and self-motivated with ability to multitask
- A track record of working around the clock to get the job done
- The ability to identify and assess individual client’s needs
- Working to strict deadlines to meet client’s requirements
- Can demonstrate a ‘can do will do’ attitude
- Good team player with high interpersonal skills who communicates well at all levels
- Confident in decision making and a high level of IT literacy and numeracy are required
- Good Excel and Word skills also Access database knowledge is required
- Knowledge of the Printing, Production and/or Digital Smart Card Markets would be desirable, but not essential as training will be given. _
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
